Marble Falls Area EMS has full-time medical direction under the license of Dr. Jeffrey Jarvis and off-line Medical Direction through our Scope of Care. This provides our employees the autonomy to give our patients high quality care for the residents of the Highland Lakes. 

Our service is proud to be a training site for several pre-hospital education facilities. With the aid of frequent training, and evolving technology, our employees are dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible to the residents of the Highland Lakes area. 

Marble Falls Area EMS employs full-time employees that respond with the integral help of area Fire Departments. Currently, we have seven MICU (Mobile Intensive Care Unit) capable ambulances and one SUV first responders which collectively respond to nearly 3600 calls for service per year.  These units are housed at stations in Marble Falls, Granite Shoals,  Horseshoe Bay, and Spicewood.

For special events such as Lakefest, HITS Triathlon, Children’s day, and many more, we staff all of our units to accommodate higher call volume.
